## Caption

day 45 of the dial with @brad.kraut. when we started i was disciplined and motivated in every part of my life, other than working out. i resented the gym, because i used to love it when i was playing football but that got taken away from me.

now i’ve never felt better. my mind is clear. my energy for every day is higher. i am a happier person.

this wasn’t just a dial, it’s a lifestyle change.

can’t thank @brad.kraut enough for uprooting his life to do this with me.

we’re only getting started. just keep going.
