Remote athlete, @uconnbsb commit and #2 pitcher in CT  @shaun.flannery.11 made an appearance at the facility this weekend 🔥 

Every remote athlete is able to come by once a month in order to get tested on our force plates, arm care and movement capabilities. 👏 

This off-season a big focus for Shaun has been strength development. We’ve seen some major improvements and still have a ways to go

Expect some big development out of the ‘26 as we keep rockin
