Welcome to VeloU Young Guns! 🔥 

The VeloU program for our younger guys that want to one day, throw cheeeese 🧀 

This program will be run as more of a small group setting and will put your athlete at a MAJOR ADVANTAGE in their age group as they will learn how to properly move their body, throw, and effectively strength train for their age. 💪 

This is also going to be a HUGE step in injury avoidance as they approach a higher intensity in baseball as they get older.
