How can you expect to get better if you haven't been evaluated? 🤔

You see us posting about "BOOK YOUR EVALUATION" on our story every few days and there's good reason behind it. 
✅
The way VeloU works is that every new athlete who is joining us for the first time, must go through an initial evaluation. 
☝️
The evaluation is a 30 minute session with one of our coaches where you will take a tour of the facility, get to meet our coaches, experience the environment in the building and get a feel for the place. We will then take you though an in depth movement screen, get you on our force plates, and chat a bit to find out your goals. 

Next, we will have you do some basic throwing on the turf, so we can get a glimpse into how you move. For pitchers this will be a light 5-10 pitch bullpen, for Catchers this will be a few throw downs, and position players this will be a few throws from your position. 

Once this portion is complete, you'll meet up with a coach again, and discuss the next steps.
