Welcome to Velo U!  Our mission is to streamline information directly to the player and to cut out the confusion and opinionated biases that come along with working with different coaches. ⁠

Daily, we will be providing breakdowns of mechanics, drills, strength training, rehabilitation practices, and especially how we can tie in current research into these practices.  We have a well-develop system that has been cultivated over the past five years built on metrics and experience.  The mission of this system is to help the athlete become their own coach and have the ability to take their game to the level they desire.⁠

This first series you experience will be a 9-post series covering the lower-half mechanics.  Pay attention to the story throughout the series for deeper dives, athlete experiences, and current research pertaining tot he topic at hand.  Every nine posts we will roll-out a new series of information.⁠

The goal of this account is not to be drill heavy, mechanics heavy, or clickbait heavy; the goal of this account is to provide you - the end-user - the necessary information and techniques to fulfill their potential.  We must as athletes take responsibility for our own careers and understand that only through deliberate learning will we actually prosper.⁠
