3 1/2 years ago vs. 2 years ago vs. Now

Unfortunately I gained back the weight I lost. Life, stress and complacency happened. Looking at recent pictures and past pictures, I decided a change needed to be made. I have started eating better, I'm trying to sleep better and I'm going to get back in the gym.
