So last week, we highlighted thetonycannoli and his amazing fresh, authentic cannolis.

His wife, Emma, is also the owner of her own food camper justbeeacai 🍓

With a 1964 Shasta named Linda, justbeeacai serves healthy ACAI bowls made from fresh and locally sourced fruit.  How you order your bowl is as follows:

🍓 start with a base: acai, dragon fruit, chia seed pudding, and overnight oats
