My name is Lauren! I started Treasure Valley Treats & Eats because I have always loved discovering the best coffee shops, bars, restaurants and local vendors in town! I have had so much fun meeting the owners of many different local businesses throughout this journey and I can't wait to see where I go next! The Treasure Valley is a special place to be a foodie because there are so many unique spots to choose from!

A must try in the Village at Meridian is sids.garage . The best burgers, fries, jumbo shakes and more! The atmosphere at Sid's is so welcoming and unique. When in downtown Boise, fork_boise is a must try! This restaurant always gets all their ingredients from local sources and brings them together to make the best meals! With their local ingredients, their beautiful bar and the huge outdoor patio, this restaurant gives you the true Boise experience! Lastly, cravekitchenbar in Eagle is the place to be! I have tried just about everything on their menu and it is all unreal! Also, they have a rooftop bar that was just recently renovated where you can enjoy some of their delicious cocktails! (Order the Devil You Know Rita, you'll thank me later!)
