🌟 NATIONAL EMPANADA DAY 🌟 

💫With my father being from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 , my family and I enjoyed our share of empanadas.  I still use my mom’s recipe today. 

💫Many countries have something similar to empanadas: dough filled with something sweet and savory.
