Happy February 1st! Excited to kickoff the #MonthOfLove with the series Love in the BOI. 

Mandy (amandaleighbarnes ) first met Duncan (duncanrobertwin) when they were freshman at Boise State University. Duncan is an identical twin, and Mandy didn't always know if she was waiving at his brother or him when they passed in the dorm room halls. 

After a butter cake 🎂 incident, Duncan and Mandy were spending more time together -- eventually leading to their first date:

"My first favorite memory would of course be the butter cake incident. We hung out “alone” for the first time at the BSU tree lighting, and have gone every year since! (6 years now!) Our first date was done in classic dorm room-freshman year fashion. Duncan, 3 doors down, picked me up at my room. We hoped in an Uber and headed downtown to PF Chang’s. After that, we went to the Christmas tree lighting at the Capitol. As we chatted, he told me all about his family, life, and more. Hilariously now, I was so infatuated with him that I don’t remember anything he told me... I was just staring into his eyes! He asked me out using his favorite bible verse a month after our first date, proverbs 16:3!"

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR THOSE SEARCHING FOR LOVE?
