🌟 1ST ANNUAL BBL COAT DRIVE 🌟 

💫 Happy Friday!  Such a beautiful autumn morning 🍁. Chilly, though. But that’s what makes fall my fav season. 

🥶 Speaking of chilly temps,  it’s the time for us to pull out our various coats and jackets 🧥. Since I was raised in Florida, I wasn’t aware of the costs associated with dressing for the season.  It wasn’t until I moved to Maine where I realized “wow, you have to have an entire new wardrobe for winter!”. Thankfully, I had the means (and parents who helped) to get me quality coats and parkas.  Thanks to the advice of a few law school classmates, I headed to the local thrift stores to get some jackets too. 

👉 That said, not all have the means to invest in quality coats. When temps cool and the snow ❄️ starts to fall, boiserescue starts to see a critical need for coats .  These coats help keep our most vulnerable community members warm.

Let’s fill up Aspen with gently used coats!  Men, women and children coats all accepted. 

🌟 GOAL: Collect 100 gently used coats 
🌟 DROP-OFF location: maverickcarcompany 12463 W. Fairview Ave Boise (anytime Monday - Saturday, 9am to 7pm)
🌟 DAYS I’LL BE THERE IN-PERSON : 10/24 & 11/7 , 11am to 1pm 

👉 I will also announce  a day/time where Aspen and I will pick up your donated coats from your home or business — STAY TUNED!

👉 LOCAL BIZ: if you’d like to sponsor coffee/treats/swag for the days I’m at Maverick for the drop off, please DM me. I’d like to treat everyone who stops by with some BBL swag , as well as local treats ☕️
