🥊 SUNDAY FITDAY 🥊 

Tomorrow is #NationalKickButtDay, and I thought to get a head start today🥊 💦. As some of you may know, I started my ilovekickboxing_idaho journey September 2019 as part of my boise_bucketfit .  Even during my busy recruiting travel season , I made sure to workout 3 to 4 times/week.  I hit 50 classes in November and 100 classes in February. 

Boom 💥 — March it all went down hill.  While I tried to head back as fitness studios started to open up, I still wasn’t in the right mindset to commit to my wellness.  Despite the 🌎 around us this past 7 months, I still found a way to blame myself for not doing better when it came to my fitness goals 😬 

👉 This month, my goal is to kick some butt‼️ 
🥊 15 classes (min)
🥊 Drink a gallon/water each day 
🥊 Journal what I eat everyday 
🥊 Put myself first & my needs, over others ✌🏽
