Meet ohvegansoul. 

Oh Vegan Soul is vegan soul food in Boise. 💯 % plant-based, and absolutely delicious.  Some menu items include: Buffalo Style Mock Wings, Signature Burger, Po’boy,  Tuna Melt, and evening Southern Fried Chicken sandwich. 

Founded by Mae Gaines, ohvegansoul is bringing some soul to the vegan scene.  Not only is she a business owner, she’s a local performing artist and songwriter, with performances at the Village Festival here in Boise.  With her stage name Cheekz, Mae is a fusion artist with her reggae/soul sound. 

ohvegansoul has recently been awarded the peta Vegan Soul Food Award —  one of the top 5 vegan spots in the Nation! 

Like many small business owners, Mae is seeking ways to survive these times.  She launched a Go Fund Me to help purchase a food truck.  While she does host weekly popups, the food truck will really help bring the  soulful vegan vibe throughout the Treasure Valley.
