🌟 KARUNA KAVA 🌟 

One thing you’re learn about me is that I am a huge fan of the Saturday markets. It’s an opportunity to be outside, casually stroll , people watch, and meet local vendors. Meeting local vendors & building relationships is the amazing part of the Saturday markets.

Today, I (finally) stopped by karunakava table and met Ben, the owner.  Ben shared with me what kava is , why he started drinking kava beverages, and why he launched his own business.

I tried the Summer Mint Kava-infused tea.  You can find karunakava at 34thstreetmarket on Saturdays.
