My boise_bucketfit journey continues, and I’ve been open about my fitness and nutrition journey. Prior to stay-home order & quarantine,  I was on a good path with kickboxing on a regular basis.  Yet my nutrition wasn’t always the best.  Then like many of you, staying home 🏡 & living thru these times isn’t always the easiest. Especially if you’re an emotional eater like me.
