🚨 New Food Truck 🚨 

woknroll.boise is Treasure Valley’s newest food truck — serving up bold flavors , with outside-the-box flare. 

With menu items like Korean Pork Belly Tacos, or Pho Taco “the Phaco”, and the Sriracha Chicken Egg Rolls , Jessica (the owner) strives to give foodies something different and unique. 

Meet Jessica:

“ I am a first-generation Laotian-American. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho; currently residing in Boise with my husband and two boys and managing my family’s restaurant. I basically grew up in the restaurant. My father has been a chef/owner of Thai restaurants for as long as I can remember. My aunt tells me that when I was a kid and she lived out of the country, she would call to check in with the family and I would always take her “food order” for the restaurant. It was inevitable that I would end up in the family biz.”
