Today it’s all about bigfry208: specialty craft French Fry food truck “Two brothers with one goal of creating a new way to enjoy Americas favorite side dish. Introducing creativity to a simple side of fries and turning it into an entrée and dessert. “From growing up in small, farm town Hagerman, Idaho, we saw and experienced the hard work the small businesses and farmers/dairymen had to put in day in and day out to provide for their families. Coming from migrant parents, the hard work ethic was instilled into us at a very young age. As we move into our venture of Big Fry we plan on bringing these principles, values and lessons into the business so nothing but honesty, trust, friendships, freshness, amazing taste and a shared love for food will be produced. “
