Since September, I have found so much value in kickboxing .  What’s most surprising to me is how much I truly needed it. I am a heavy internalizer, and I keep my emotions deeply buried inside.  It’s not like I have an issue discussing business or expressing my objective thoughts ; it becomes a challenge when it deals with personal feelings and speaking about my emotions.  It’s not really how I’m wired 🤷🏽‍♀️ #VirgoProblems 
Prior to ILKB, my body most likely didn’t know what to do with that stress, and it manifested in different ways. 
Now, I hit 100 hours dedicated to kickboxing. Most importantly, I have an amazing community that supports me, cheers me on, and pushes me to achieve more.
