🥊 100 CLASS CLUB 🥊 
I did it! 
I officially joined the ilovekickboxing_boise_id #100ClassClub 🥊 💦 . While it took  longer than expected, I am absolutely thrilled to reach this milestone.  And it’s not necessarily for the reasons you may think. 
For me, ilovekickboxing_boise_id has been the only workout that I enjoy on a consistent basis. It’s where I can take out my stress, focus on my bag, and let go of self-doubt.  These past few months, ILKB community has inspired me to put myself first. With a crippling habit of putting people/places/activities ahead of my own wellness, ILKB gives me that inner strength to say “no, you deserve to feel good.” I certainly feel good after these workouts.

I will not deny that years  of fluctuating weight (stress, relationship challenges,  bad eating habits, etc.) has impacted parts of my self-confidence (good and the bad). With kickboxing, I found that my confidence stems from my commitment to myself. If I can do 50 classes, 100 classes & beyond, I can absolutely push the limit & achieve more — in all parts of my life. 
I have a ways to go with my wellness journey, but boy do I “enjoy the ride“( infamous word of christinaapro ). Cheers to all who are on their own wellness journey & not giving up 🌟 THANK YOU for supporting me with your messages and helping me reach goal 💕 
And yes, I was also blessed with earning ilovekickboxing kickboxer of the month.
