AMANO RESTAURANTE 
For this #TacoTuesday, it’s all about amano_caldwell . 
Located in the old Bird Stop space in downtown Caldwell, amano_caldwell is a craft Mexican kitchen that serves some of the most delicious & authentic Mexican food I’ve had for some time.  For example, these tacos; the tortillas are made using heirloom corn (nixtamal). These carnitas were rich with flavor and literally made me stop & I savor each bite. Each dish is made by hand, and it’s worth every minute when waiting. 
If you’re looking to pair your food with cocktails, you’re in the right place. amano_caldwell hand-crafted cocktails 🍹  hit the spot. Their cocktail menu invites you to try each one & cross it off. 
sarahifromidaho , itsjoeytime_ and dined at Amano before we went ice skating ⛸. And we certainly plan to head back soon.
