🥊 FITNESS FRIDAY 🥊 
I’m glad to be back home 🏡 and back into my routine 💦 While I did workout on the road, it was challenging to keep the routine when I came back home. 
As of today, I am 4️⃣4️⃣ classes away from 100! I’m gunning for that #100ClassClub, and it’s a membership I’m eager to be a part of. 
In addition to my weekly workouts, I am also grateful to have my accountability coaches at profile_meridianid (Hey Alexa & Raul!) knowing that I can see a coach to discuss various things (my success, what I’m struggling with, how to improve) is helping me balance my workouts with nutrition 🥦🥗 My go-to Profile snacks are the bars + the H2 energy packs for my water. Perfect for my 2-a-days 
Given these are partnerships I’ve been blessed with, showing up is where it matters.  I do not always feel like working out or Making healthy, but I choose to.  To know I am working toward my goals is what pushes me, and these partnerships are the tools I truly need to thrive. 
If you’re stuck & bored with your workout routine , try out a class. If you need nutrition accountability,  seek a coach. 
My boise_bucketfit journey Continues and it will remain a daily fixture in my life — because I now learned to accept it as a need. A need in order for me to thrive, grow, and gain mental clarity.
