5️⃣0️⃣ CLASSES‼️ On September 1st, I made the decision to take a more intentional approach to my health & fitness journey as part of boise_bucketfit .  I’ve openly shared that I’ve struggled with my weight — either with stress, heavy traveling , coping with  a breakup, or simply not putting myself first (the “I’m too busy” excuse”) these past few years. The latter excuse is more used than the others. 
With the encouragement from Tina (christinaapro), I partnered with ilovekickboxing_boise_id to keep me more accountable. Tina said “Diana, you need to be here at least 3 times/week.” 🤣 my first class was at 5:30AM!

I’m blessed to not only have the ILKB Fam there to keep me accountable and push me, I also have this amazing #BBLCommunity.  From your direct messages filled with words of encouragement to you stopping me in the street sharing how I inspire you to workout ,  that ALL matters. exercise helps me de-stress, clear my mind, and build up my strength and flexibility. 
And remember // all I did was decide. I’m taking it day by day // I’ve accepted it’s a journey, not an overnight success story 💗  You just need to take that first step 🦶
