These past few months, I’ve been more intentional with my fitness and health habits.  In past travel seasons, I’ll admit I wasn’t so mindful with my food choices. While I’m not vegan, I do appreciate plant-based options ; they tend to be more gentle in my stomach. 
Last Friday to World Vegan Day, Mai Thai released its new vegan menu: 🔵 Fried Pot Stickers
