With daylight savings time happening this weekend, I know it positively impacts my sleeping patterns. For those with little ones, you know firsthand the importance of good sleeping habits & how time changes can impact them. 
As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Callie Hamilton from Slumber and Swoon (slumberandswoon ) collaborates with families to create gentle and developmentally appropriate plans to improve their child's sleep.
