Happy Friday! I’m back from a last-minute work trip to SE Idaho.  Not sure if it was the hotel or the in/out of a car while driving everywhere, but I feel a bit under the weather & need to rest.  Nothing some good Zicam and tea can’t help 😉 
ANYWAY! I wasn’t able to exercise because no kickboxing studio in  Pocatello;  I’m glad I had my nutrition in order. This was my first week partnering with profile_meridianid , and I already saw some results. I’m down 3️⃣ lbs since last Friday. (That’s a total of 11lbs since I started my boise_bucketfit JOURNEY!) More importantly , I was able to pre-plan with my shakes, bring them with me on the road, and make healthier choices for dinner and snacks.  Since I’m leaving Monday for another 5 day trip, I am making sure I pack & plan with my profile_meridianid Supplements.
