BOISE BUCKET FIT UPDATE 
It’s been a month since I started my boise_bucketfit journey.  If you’ve been following my IG stories, I’ve been showcasing my successes & struggles when it comes to working out. 
In this past month, I’ve learned ◾️ I CAN make fitness a priority when I’m traveling ◾️ I CAN put myself first (which has been huge struggle for me) and dedicate time to workout ◾️ I LOST inches and clothes are started to get looser ◾️ I NEED a community of supportive people who encourage me to show up. This includes those who attend classes with me, ILKB fam, and you all — my followers. Your messages truly inspire me ◾️ I CAN achieve the goals I set for myself. I said “make the ILKB honor roll” and I did ⭐️ That’s at least 12 classes a month. 12 hours of “me” time. 
For October, my goals are to : 1) reach 50 class milestone (I have 17 more to go as of today!); 2) meal prep more when I’m home; and 3) make the honor roll again. 
ilovekickboxing_boise_id is my true escape. It’s where I clear my mind, where  I’m pushed  physically and mentally, and where I am first.
