💪🏽 FLEX FRIDAY 💪🏽 My boise_bucketfit journey continues! For once, I made exercising & eat healthy a PRIORITY during my work travel trip. 
1) I made sure I contacted the Utah ilovekickboxing studio to let them know I was visiting (one HUGE benefit of the ILKB membership) 
2) I Packed plenty of workout clothes and my gloves to make sure I have NO excuse 
3) I pre-planned for my travels by packing almond butter and other healthy snacks 🍌 
4) I chose healthier lunch options 🥗 when I was at the law fairs. Salads or anything with low carb/high protein 
5) DRANK so much water 💦 to help with my hydration (struggled with that when I was on the road last year). What I’m seeing is that it’s all about INTENTIONALITY and MINDFULNESS.  I didn’t pay attention to my health or make a decision to put exercise first. 
It’s incredible how this journey is mostly about mindset. I am noticing how I’m missing working out. I’m seeing my kicks get faster, my pushups are getting better, and my endurance is also increasing. I have lots more to go on this journey, but these milestones are huge to me.
