🥊 BOISE BUCKET FIT 🥊

I’m so thrilled to announce that I’m partnering with I Love Kickboxing Idaho for my official health and wellness journey. 
This is the first time I’ll be held accountable to you, my amazing #BBLCommunity.  I’ll be documenting my journey where I’ll be working out at least 3 times a week, and showcase my triumphs, wins, and challenges. 
I am not ashamed of how I look. I’m not doing this for some upcoming event or some arbitrary deadline.  Years ago, I learned to love and appreciate who I am — regardless of size.  Sometimes, people are a tad bit surprised that I admit to being comfortable in my own skin. 
I’m embarking on this journey for a few reason: I want to be more mentally healthy (kickboxing is a stress reliever); I want to shed the emotional weight that is associated with my separation 4 years ago; and I want to successfully achieve this goal — a goal I’ve been putting aside for many years.
