Saturday brunchin’ is what I did last week before the Garth Brooks concert. capitolcellars food was exactly what I needed for fuel 🍳 🍞 ☕️ capitolcellars is located on the corner of 5th and Main in one of Boise’s historical buildings.  It opened up in March 2015 when Skip & Melinda Smyser, along with daughter logansmysergriffin , decided to focus on high-quality local cuisine. In summer of 2017, the beautiful patio space was added.  Although breakfast has been offered for some time, only this summer did they launch their Bloody Mary Bar!! Yes, a bar all for you to make the most amazing Bloody Mary’s ever. 
Food — let’s chat about food. Their summer brunch menu is AHHH-MAZING!  From their Hawley Ham and Egg Sandwich to the Lewis Lamb Sausage Hash to the oh-so-delicious Baldridge Biscuits & Chorizo Gravy — I called for help to eat all this food.  The Idaho quiche is one you’ll want to order when you try the brunch for the first time.  If you dine inside, you’ll notice how the design and interior decoration is inspired by Idaho politics and public service.
