#FoodTruckFriday features continue with grid.boise! I had a chance to try them out & cross off my list when my dear friend itsjoeytime_ suggested I do. And wow 😮 — you will NOT be disappointed. 
Grid is a food truck serving up waffles on a stick made fresh with homemade buttermilk batter. Their sweet and savory waffles are perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Whether you’re hungry for their signature mashed potatoes on a waffle, or nursing your sweet tooth with their wild blueberry lavender waffle, Grid has it all. Grid is going #plasticfree by using bamboo forks, biodegradable palm leaf plates, and selling boxed water instead of plastic. They are available for weddings, parties, corporate lunches and special events.
