SUSHI SHACK 
This #FoodTruckFriday is all about sushishackboise 🍣. Sushi Shack is a quality sushi catering and food truck serving Boise. Their motto is “Eat Happy & Healthy!” And yes, I’ll address what you may be thinking 🤔: sushi from a food truck?! I won’t deny that I thought that too. Until I bit into my first speciality roll (The Architect). Their sushi is incredible . And the rolls are served like a work of art 🖼 .  I first tried them at Western Collective & everyone was raving how amazing their sushi is. One couple even told me they follow Sushi Shack’s schedule and pop up at least once a week.  Dang! 
Not only do they have the sushi truck, but they are also known for their catering . Sushi Shack makes an exquisite sushi arrangement for your party. These aren’t basic arrangements — again, food art at a new level.
