This Friday, Sir eltonjohn will be blessing the tacobellarena stage for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. Before I jump into the giveaway, I have to say that his songs are those that you don’t forget. I vividly remember my dad singing along to Benny and the Jets when I was so young (and I picked up on it as I got older). Rocket Man. Circle of Life (life changer when I first saw Lion King). And of course the revised version of Candle in the Wind  for the late-Princess Diana’s funeral (I watched that live back in ‘97). I know his music catalog is more versed than that, but for me, his songs do have a place in my life.
