During the summertime, you'll probably outside getting a good workout: bike riding, paddle boarding, hiking, etc. What about some Yoga? Jennifer, the owner of be.still.yoga.studio , offers vinyasa flow yoga for all-level students. Thru the end of this month, she will be offering Rooftop Yoga.
