It's FAT TUESDAY🎭 & TACO TUESDAY 🌮. What are your plans for today? I think you should stop by calle75streettacos newest downtown. location on 11th Street. Last Saturday, I headed over to try these tacos 🌮, and I'm glad I went late at night. Low key, not too many people, and I got to chat with the staff. Because typically, since its opening this place is packed. Rightfully so! I started with some  house made guacamole and fresh tortilla chips (they make these in-house! You can even see the machine they use to make them) and their crafty cocktail 🍹 Calle 75 Margarita. I went ahead and got the Specialty Tacos: Gringa Style (melted cheddar jack cheese, habernero sauce + al pastor), Dos Chiles Pork Belly, and the Steak & Swine. I wanted meaty tacos, clearly lol 😂 . And for those late-nighters, they have a late-night window just for you! And their tortillas?! They are made from scratch through this ancient process called "nixtamalization". Basically you're getting the most authentic tortillas you can possible get here in the States.
