wild.root.cafe has become my go-to guilt-free place for a lunchtime treat. Have you tried their Indian "Nachos" Flatbread? Oh my 🤤 As described on their website, it is made of "warm paneer cheese, spinach, scallions, cilantro, chick peas, tomatoes, crispy papadum chips, spiced masala crispies, tamarind-date, and yogurt sauces." I got mine with a side salad 🥗 and guayaki Bevel Berry. The chickpeas and the crispy papadum chips were the exact level of crunch to make it feel like nachos.  In addition to their natural ingredients and being vegetarian-friendly, I love how it's a husband & wife team . If you have yet to visit wild.root.cafe on 8th Street, go and cross them off your boise_bucketlist ✅✅ I'll need to return and try their brunch 😋
