🥒🍍 freshcafeboise reFRESH Juice Cleanse 🍍🥒 For those who followed me on my InstaStories, last week I did the freshcafeboise 3 day reFresh juice cleanse. With all the traveling I did the weeks before, I was looking forward to refreshing my body. I started my first day on Friday. I knew I wanted the weekend to start because I won't be tempted when I'm at work/downtown. The juices are fresh and made daily (or 3-days in advance, if you want). The each come in a mason jar and chilled in a cooler bag. Each juice is made with specific fruits and vegetables, and are suggested you drink at certain times throughout the day. After 3 days, my body lost 7 pounds. Most importantly, my stomach no longer ached. I didn't feel lethargic like I did before. Although a cleanse depends on the person's body, here are my tips: 1) drinks lots of 💦. It's included in the instructions, but still. Keep hydrated! 2) follow the instructions on what you need to drink and when; 3) you may not like the flavor of every juice, but that's OK. It took me a second day to get used to the Spicy Lemonade juice; and 4) this isn't a permanent fix. I haven't been feeling well, and I believe it's due in part to my travels and dietary choices. The juice cleanse has helped me get my digestive track to where I don't have stomach aches. I'm not really interested in eating heavy food (carbs, red meat, etc). Days post the juice cleanse, I am slowly getting back into eating solids. Oatmeals and smoothies so far. I strongly suggest you checkout freshcafeboise for their 3-day juice cleanse.
