Earlier this week I met with Lisa from truffles_etc . She invited me  over to try some of her truffles.  Can I say how delicious these truffles are?! Ok - back to the story 😉. Lisa does all her magic in the commercial kitchen behind her house (how cool!). truffles_etc all started when Lisa wanted to make her own Mint Truffle. She saw a recipe book at fredmeyerstores , and she started her Truffle creations. She would take some to work, and before she knew it, people were asking her to make some as gift boxes! truffles_etc collections are perfect if you're a realtor (gift for home buyers), bridal and wedding showers, even corporate functions (gifts for special guests and speakers).
