Some people relax by laying on the couch watching TV, others by going out w/friends... but I relax, rejuvenate and de-stress by getting outside and getting active ☀️👟. Exercise is my form of meditation 😌. Some days are high intensity all-out sweat sessions.. some days are simply a long walk around town 😼💪🏼.
