Student Spotlight: David Martin took part in the sports management study abroad/internship program through the college of business. Here's what he had to say about his experience.

Who are the people in the photo you might ask? First, they were strangers and after six weeks of working alongside each other, friends of a lifetime emerged. •
This picture was taken while we were preparing our final project of hosting a 5k power walk for FUA. •
The most important takeaway I had from this experience was really seeing what it was like to be outside of the United States. This was the first time that I had ever had the opportunity to visit anywhere outside of the United States. Being able to eat, sleep, and breathe a foreign culture is truly an opportunity I think everyone should experience in life. •
I am extremely grateful to have received funding for airfare as this then allowed for me to afford trips on the weekends to Switzerland, Amalfi Coast, and Croatia! •
The six weeks, while I was abroad, holds some of the best memories and experiences of my life. I am encouraging everyone I know to take the opportunity the college of business offers, step out of their comfort zone, and experience the best time of their lives! •
