## Caption

Senior Consultant Marty Azarias has been with our firm for just over a year, but he feels a strong sense of belonging. Earlier this year, Marty stepped up to be one of the co-leaders of PRIDE, our new team member network for those who identify as LGBTQ+ or are LGBTQ+ allies. .
.
“It’s good to feel that I can bring my whole self to work, and to be confident that I will be evaluated on the work I do and what I bring to the team. It’s exciting to help build this community.” .
