The OAC is back at it and breaking records. Again. 

On a magical night in Boston, @ollihoare and @georgebeamish smashed even their own pre-race expectations as they both set national indoor 5000m records, for Australia and New Zealand respectively. 

Olli ran 13:09:96 to break the tape and take over 26 seconds off the Australian indoor record. While Geordie was hot on his heels in second place, running 13:12.53 for a New Zealand indoor record and the second-fastest 5000m time ever by a Kiwi, indoors or out.

That’s what you call opening the season in style. We can’t wait to see them light up the track again soon!
