On Wednesday, the Corps gave a warm welcome to Morgan Gaither ’19, former cadet Battalion Commander and mmisoftball player who returned as a Chapel Speaker. A recent college graduate knowing the pressure cadets face from her own #MarionMade experience, she dove into relatable leadership advice. Touching on time management and adaptability, she focused on personally showing the #FruitsoftheSpirit such as joy, patience, kindness, faith, self-control and love. As a kind leader: “Pay attention to those you are leading. Know them on a personal level and what makes them tick. Check on your people if they are struggling.”

Making comedy videos, Gaither rose to fame on Tik Tok, where she now counts 2.7 Million followers; her YouTube subscribers just reached 500,000. Gaither holds a BS in secondary education from Alabama State University and manages her social media accounts full time. In her free time she enjoys coaching her nieces & nephews in three sports and is involved in her church.
