Pleased to have SGM (Retired) Harry Ferguson on campus as a guest speaker yesterday. A battle buddy of MMI staffer SGM Jerome Jones, SGM Ferguson led a dynamic, 23-year Army career, deploying 8 times in support of the Global War on Terror, and was inducted as a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment in 2015.  He now works for Tampa-based General Dynamics as a Program Manager supporting the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Sharing his experience on what “character” means, he praised being ambitious, resilient, energetic, trustworthy, articulate, competitive, creative in problem-solving, etc.  #airborneranger #drillsergeant #jumpmaster #RLTW
