Fitness and supplements had been the center of my life for 9 years. Now it’s just part of a balanced life style (one that I struggled and still am struggling to figure out) - getting into a new routine is much harder than it sounds when life is moving a thousand miles per hour and every day is different. And that’s for most of us, it is relatable and we’re all living it.

I decided to start sharing my workouts in my discord (if you don’t know what that is, it’s a communication platform that’s big in the gaming communities - it’s similar to slack if you’ve ever used that! Link in bio) to hold myself accountable and provide a free way for my agavezoe community to get ahold of workouts. It feels good to involve fitness in the daily banter cause it’s important to me 🥰
