I’ve been feeling scattered lately. It’s been a fast start to the new year for me.

As I was racing around this morning ‘tasking’, it occurred to me that I haven’t sat for meditation in a while. Which I know is contributing to the scattered feeling. 

Time for a sit. Several mindful breathes. An opportunity to be. Nothing more. 

What a difference 15 minutes made for me! Even though there’s much on my ‘to-do’ list. And, perhaps I’ve overloaded myself with too many obligations, I’m feeling better - more centered and better equipped to handle it all.
