Hey it’s me!! And I just crawled out of a rut. Yes me. The one who preaches positivity, mindset is everything and don’t worry be happy. I CRY TOO. I get in my head. I struggle. I find myself in dark places.

I was feeling scared, lonely and sad. Some events happened recently (out of my control) that I talked about on my stream. I let my mind tear me down and although I let myself feel all the feelings, I began to let them affect my productivity and my mood. I started getting so emotional that I cried over DUMB things. Things that I would have laughed at, I cried instead.

BUT now, I’m done. I’ve crawled out - I am reminding myself (with help from my friends) that I can’t control what’s going on but I CAN control how I react and what I do with my days. I wanted to share to let you know that I struggle too. We’re all in this together. Let’s crawl out of the ruts and make the world a better place. You got this baby and so do I. #whorunstheworld?
