Mattie tells her story about overcoming ovarian cancer at the age of 14 and how much it means to her to be where she is today.

“I get goosebumps realizing I am doing what I set out to do and that 14-year-old girl made me stronger.”

After growing up in Baltimore, Mattie went west. She got involved in the Disney Diversity Program and landed a writing job with a brand-new ABC show @notdeadyetabc
