I lost 10lbs these past 2 months 🎊

My weight fluctuates A LOT. I’m okay with it though because even when I’m on my heavier side - I’ve learned to appreciate my body. I don’t workout purely to “look good” anymore - it’s more about overall health now :) it’s more fun this way anyways. 😋

On another note, August is #psoriasis awareness month. I’m gonna make a point to share more about my journey with my first flare up and healing. ☺️
