What does happiness look like for you? 

Do you compare yourself to others too often?  When it comes to happiness, it’s important to determine what your ideal life looks like to you, without comparing it to others.  Ask yourself- what is it that you use as a marker for success?  Sometimes we genuinely do have room for improvement, and other times we can get into a trap of convincing ourselves that we aren’t adequate or that we aren’t enough based off of what we perceive others to be doing.  This is your reminder to give yourself credit for all the progress you’ve made and the good that you’ve done, and to remember that achievement is a marathon, not a sprint.
