Police are investigating a homicide in Baltimore, that is believed to be connected to a murder-suicide in Howard County.⁠

Around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, police say 44-year-old Rajaee Shareef Black broke into a home on Marshall Street in Federal Hill and killed his girlfriend, 41-year-old Tara Labang.⁠

A short time later, police in Howard County found Black and his ex-wife, 42-year-old Wendy Natalie Black, dead inside an apartment complex on Eden Brook Drive in Columbia.⁠

Howard County and Baltimore City Police worked together to determine that Black killed both women.⁠
